Sheila Barnes - Senior Administrative Assistant

The Senior Administrative Assistant is available to deal with any queries you have in respect of any health treatment, advice or making an appointment.

The Receptionists run the appointment system for the doctors and nurses and treat all information with the strictest confidence. Please remember that their job is not easy.

It is possible to leave a message for your doctor with our receptionist.

The Practice Nurses are available by appointment Monday to Friday and provide a variety of services:

Travel, baby + childhood immunisations & vaccinations, ear syringing, stitch removal, blood pressure monitoring, cervical smears, diet & weight, diabetes, asthma, wound management, general health advice, dietary advice, weight monitoring, blood tests, well man/woman clinics, hormone replacement therapy and new patient registration.

If you are housebound the doctors may arrange for a District Nurse to call at your home to perform various nursing duties. To contact our District Nurses telephone 01372 384323 ext.4331. From 8.30am – 5.00pm between 5.00pm – 11pm please telephone The Twilight Nursing service on 01372 384432.

0-19 Team

The o-19 Team consists of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses and Staff Nurses. They are based at Leatherhead Clinic and can be contacted on 01372 384327. A Baby Clinic is held on Tuesday mornings 09.00-11.00 hrs at Trinity Children's Centre, Aperdele Road, Leatherhead.

The Community Midwives are employed by Epsom St Helier Healthcare Trust and share your antenatal care with your doctor. Antenatal clinics are held in both Fetcham & Leatherhead surgeries each week. They can arrange for you to attend Parent Craft classes. They will also care for you and your baby when you return home from hospital. They may be contacted on 01372 735735 ext.6410.
