Test Results/Enquiries

The surgery is very busy in the mornings so all test result enquires should be made after 12 noon daily by telephoning one of our receptionists.

Disabled Access

Fetcham - there are two disabled car parking spaces situated near the entrance.
Leatherhead - disabled access via a ramp from the car park at the rear of the practice premises.

Help Us To Help You

Please do everything you can to keep your appointments. Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot. Please try to be on time.

Home Visit Requests

Home visits are for patients who are too ill or infirm to come to the surgery.

They are very time consuming so we ask you to attend the surgery where possible.

If you request a visit early in the morning it helps us plan our workload more efficiently.

If you feel you need a home visit you must please telephone the surgery as soon as possible.

It is very helpful if you can give our receptionists some details of the problem as this allows us to assess the urgency and plan the visits accordingly. A doctor will usually telephone you first.

Registering With The Practice

We welcome new patients to our practice.

When you register with one of our doctors you will be required to put your new details onto your medical card that was issued to you by the health authority when you registered with your previous GP.

If you have mislaid this then you can fill in a New Patient Registration form, which we have in the practice, and at that time you will be asked to return and make an appointment with a practice nurse for a health check within one month unless you need repeat medication. Then an appointment should be made earlier to confirm medication. Then book with the doctor to have medication authorised. This involves an examination and questions will be asked about your current and past health in order that we may identify any preventable medical problems. You will also be required to provide a urine specimen.

You may see anyone of our doctors anytime, not just the doctor you are registered with.

Help us keep up to date with your Address and Telephone details

Please let us know if you change your name, address or telephone number. Also please give us both work and mobile numbers so that we can contact you urgently.

If you are unsure of anything

Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything. We want to improve our services and welcome any comments you have.

The Surgery telephone lines are open from 8.30am – 6.30pm Mon - Fri but please avoid busy times for routine enquiries . It would be a great help if you make all non-urgent/routine calls and queries between 1pm and 3pm. Please try to avoid making any non-urgent calls at the busy time of day usually between 8.30 am and 10.30am particularly on a Monday morning.
